Accessibility goals, available support, known limitations and information needed for feedback.
START-T is being developed with EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and WCAG 2.2 AA as targets. This statement describes the current development and verification position; it is not a certificate of full conformance. Operator, confirmed domain, official accessibility contact and escalation details will be added later.
Scope and support for use
The scope is the Turkish and English public pages, account flows and existing protected learning area. The design aims to provide meaningful headings, labelled forms, keyboard focus, bilingual text and layouts that adapt to screen width.
Legal documents are available as standalone HTML pages and in the registration reader. The reader supports keyboard use and closes with Escape or Close. Existing course videos offer caption options, transcripts and visual descriptions; the adequacy of each final media asset must be checked separately.
Verification status and known limitations
Automated checks and representative browser tests are used during development. They do not establish that every page, document, browser or assistive technology is free of barriers.
Current verification leaves open some shared-navigation and enlarged-text overflow, semantic-structure issues on some public detail pages and historical visual-test differences. Complete evidence for actual 200/400% browser zoom, representative screen-reader sessions, real devices, final PDF/media documents and the live deployment is still pending.
Reporting barriers and requesting an alternative
When reporting a barrier, identify the page or document, the task you wanted to complete, the problem and, if possible, your device/browser and assistive technology. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary personal information. You can also describe the accessible format you need.
The official feedback address, response and escalation process will be completed when the responsible organisation’s details are confirmed. The final statement must identify the test date, sample, tools and assistive technologies, findings and review date based on actual verification evidence.
