Rules for using START-T’s public content, user account and protected learning area.
These draft terms describe the platform’s current features. Operator identity, official contact details and the confirmed domain will be added later. Viewing this document does not mean acceptance; the existing acceptance step in registration is separate.
Purpose and scope
START-T provides information and learning content about sustainable tourism and regional cooperation. Public pages can be viewed without an account; protected courses, files, progress, assessments and certificates are subject to their access conditions. Project targets and descriptions of future activities do not establish the availability of an unimplemented service.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current registration information and an email address you control. Email verification is required for protected learner access. Do not share your account or credentials. Sign out on shared devices and use password reset if you suspect unauthorised access.
Administrator permissions are not obtained through public registration and are subject to additional security checks. An account does not grant access to another person’s records or unauthorised files.
Acceptable use and content rights
Use the platform for learning, information and the project activities provided. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, submit malicious content or disrupt the service. Respect other people’s rights and personal information in correspondence.
Copyright, trademarks and third-party licences remain applicable. Follow stated licences and permissions, and retain source and ownership notices. Download access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish protected files through public links. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
Progress, assessment and certificates
Progress and completion are recorded under the platform’s existing course rules. Provide accurate self-assessment answers; scores and suggestions support learning and self-assessment.
A course certificate records completion of required sections. It does not replace business accreditation, a professional licence, public-authority approval or an award. Certificates and completed assessments are historical records; personal-data correction requests can be submitted through the Privacy Centre.
Information, external links and availability
Observe labels identifying demonstration, example or unconfirmed content. General training material does not replace legal, technical or professional advice tailored to a particular business.
External sites have their own terms. Linking to another site does not create a booking, acceptance of an application or a guarantee of that party’s service. Maintenance, connectivity or technical issues may interrupt access; use the available error and retry paths. These statements do not remove rights provided by mandatory law.
Personal data and document changes
Data use is described in the Privacy Notice, KVKK Disclosure and Cookie Information. Accepting registration terms does not supply marketing or other separate explicit consent.
This draft has no final effective date. Final terms or material changes must be published with an identified version and the required notice/acceptance process.
